在 炎 炎 夏 日 ， 媽 咪 帶 B B 進 行 戶 外 活 動 時 ， 必 須 為 B B 做 足 防 曬 措 施 ， 以 免 B B 被 猛 烈 的 陽 光 曬 傷 。

早 晚 最 宜 曬 太 陽

夏 天 的 太 陽 特 別 猛 烈 ， 一 不 留 神 Ｂ Ｂ 的 皮 膚 便 很 容 易 曬 傷 ， 最 佳 預 防 方 法 是 盡 量 避 免 早 上 十 時 至 下 午 二 時 這 段 時 間 帶 Ｂ Ｂ 外 出 。

夏 天 最 適 宜 的 外 出 散 步 時 間 ， 是 早 上 七 時 至 十 時 ， 那 個 時 候 的 太 陽 最 溫 和 ， 十 時 至 下 午 三 時 的 太 陽 太 猛 烈 ， 此 外 黃 昏 時 份 也 適 宜 ， 不 過 那 個 時 候 蚊 蟲 較 多 ， 媽 咪 要 好 好 留 意 了 。 208bc-a0202.jpg (11261 bytes)

    

防 曬 用 品 護 B B

由 於 臭 氧 層 穿 了 洞 的 關 係 ， 現 時 的 紫 外 線 比 以 前 厲 害 許 多 ， Ｂ Ｂ 不 宜 曬 太 多 太 陽 ， 除 了 可 能 會 患 皮 膚 癌 外 也 ， 暴 曬 會 令 身 體 容 易 疲 倦 。 面 部 及 手 腳 也 要 塗 上 嬰 兒 防 曬 用 品 ， 通 常 SPF 13 或 以 上 ， PA++ 的 防 曬 用 品 已 足 可 保 護 Ｂ Ｂ 皮 膚 的 了 。

Ｂ Ｂ 的 皮 膚 較 為 嬌 嫩 ， 如 果 在 太 陽 猛 烈 時 外 出 ， 就 要 塗 上 嬰 兒 專 用 的 防 曬 用 品 ， 並 且 要 遵 照 指 示 來 用 。

如 果 Ｂ Ｂ 皮 膚 變 紅 的 話 ， 那 首 先 就 要 用 水 令 Ｂ Ｂ 皮 膚 降 溫 。 假 若 無 效 ， 就 要 去 看 皮 膚 科 醫 生 ， 塗 上 適 當 的 藥 膏 。
